Definition
Elementary row operations transform a matrix to row-echelon or reduced row-echelon form (RREF) without changing the solution set of the linear system.
Read this
Ops: swap rows, scale a row, add multiple of one row to another.
RREF: leading 1s, zeros above/below pivots, staircase pattern.
